How to return a product ?
When you shop at GOA OUTLETS you can be assured that you can return your product in most cases within 2 business days from the date you received your package.
• Policy, our conditions and on the terms of return:
- When returning an item, make sure that all seals, labels, and accessories are left intact and that the item is in its original packaging.
- If you have created a password on the device that you want to return it, please make sure it has been removed and returned to its original condition, otherwise your return will be rejected.
- If returned for change of mind, the item must be eligible for that reason and be sealed, unused, and in the original, branded packaging, otherwise your return will be rejected.
- Our customer service is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Can I make a product exchange?
- It is not possible to exchange a product. Any returned item is subject to a refund if the return has been validated by the after-sales service.
• How can I follow the progress of my return and my refund?
- A voucher is a code that corresponds to the fictitious amount of your refund. You can use this voucher as a promotional code to purchase a product. A voucher is valid for 6 months, you must use it during this period.
- You can track the status of your return at any time, just follow the simple steps below:
- Log into your GOA account,
- Click on 'My Account' in the upper right corner of the GOA OUTLETS home page (Your name will appear here if you are logged in),
- Click on 'Your orders' in the drop-down menu,
- Click on 'Details' to the right of the item.
- If you have a discount voucher, you can use it by entering the voucher code in the dedicated box, located in the right corner of the payment method, then click on 'add voucher'. Finding your discount code is easy!
- Open a new browser window and go to www.goaoutlets.com then go to “my account” then on the left, click on “my discounts”. Copy the code of the voucher you want to use then return and paste it in the dedicated box. Finally, click on 'confirm order' to complete the process.
• Is my item eligible for return?
All products can be returned for change of mind within 48 hours of receipt, with the exception of the product categories listed below :
• Underwear - swimsuit,
• Beauty and hygiene product
• Large cabinet,
• Mattress, Ear, towel
• Large Appliances
• Baby products
You can also request your return by following the steps below:

Click on 'My Account' in the upper right corner of the GOA home page (Your name will appear here if you are logged in),
Click on 'Your orders' in the drop-down menu,
Click on 'Details' to the right of the article concerned,
Please provide more information in the box provided, Choose reimbursement method and 'Submit.'
